Stéphane Moreau holds a bachelor's degree in Physical Engineering (B.vEng.) with a specialization in materials. He also holds a Master's degree in Applied Sciences (M.A.Sc.) in Biomedical Engineering, specializing in heat-sensitive biomaterial sterilization processes. He then obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) at HEC Montréal, specializing in corporate management concepts and team management. Mr. Moreau is a lecturer at the Université de Montréal (Pharmacy Department), where he teaches Project Management in Drug Development, as well as Regulatory and Technical Aspects of Medical Device. Mr. Moreau is the Senior Director of Engineering, Released Products at Medtronic, and manages a team of 23 engineers, technicians and project managers located in Montreal (Quebec), Mounds View (Minnesota) and Santa Clara (California).

Dr. Michael Kallos is Professor & Department Head of Biomedical Engineering at the Schulich School of Engineering and Director of the Biomedical Engineering Calgary Initiative. He also serves as Associate Director of both the Pharmaceutical Production Research Facility and the Center for Bioengineering Research and Education. Dr. Kallos leads an NSERC-funded lab focused on scalable stem cell bioprocesses and is a Principal Investigator with the Stem Cell Network. His honors include Avenue Magazine’s “Top 40 Under 40” and the ASTech Leader of Tomorrow Award, recognizing his impact on bioengineering, teaching, and leadership in the field

Dr. Gabrielle Lam is Associate Professor of Teaching and Director of the Undergraduate Program at the School of Biomedical Engineering at the University of British Columbia (UBC), Canada. She joined UBC shortly after completing her PhD in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Toronto in 2018, where she focused on studying and harnessing the oxygen-sensing machinery of cells to drive vascularization of injectable microtissues. Gabrielle is passionate about weaving cross-disciplinary learning in the curriculum, and designing experiential opportunities for students to develop both high-order learning skills and a sense of social responsibility.

In his thinking, innovation, and research, Ananth puts the patient first. Getting to a place where therapy becomes a non-event in somebody’s life is part of the shift in how Ananth thinks about research and impacting healthcare. Ananth's commitment to improving the treatment process for patients inspired him to develop the localization technology MOLLI®, which resulted in the company MOLLI Surgical. As CEO of MOLLI Surgical, Ananth led the rapid commercial growth and orchestrated a successful acquisition by Stryker. Prior to co-founding the company, he was a certified Medical Physicist at Sunnybrook’s Odette Cancer Centre and Clinical Operations Lead of Brachytherapy. Under Ananth’s leadership, Sunnybrook’s brachytherapy program became one of the highest-performing in the world. He is the only medical physicist to have won the Human Touch Award, which recognizes his passion for improving the quality of care for cancer patients within Ontario.

Stuart Kozlick, P.Eng., M.A.Sc., is a seasoned MedTech executive with over 20 years of experience in medical device innovation, commercialization, and strategic leadership. He is the founder of Kozlick Medical, where he has pioneered the fractional executive model, offering strategic consultancy to MedTech and biotech companies worldwide. Stuart has held prominent leadership roles, including CEO of Puzzle Medical Devices, VP of Medical Robotics at Kinova Robotics, and Managing Director at Miraki Innovation. Earlier in his career, he contributed to groundbreaking advancements at CryoCath Technologies, Medtronic, and CAE Healthcare, where he played pivotal roles in product development and commercialization. Stuart has been instrumental in the launch of over 10 medical device products across specialties such as cardiovascular, structural heart, and minimally invasive therapeutics. He also serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Second Heart Assist and CEO of Imago Systems, while actively shaping the next generation of innovators as a Professor of Practice at McGill University. With a strong commitment to advancing healthcare innovation, Stuart continues to support the MedTech ecosystem through mentorship, board roles, and strategic partnerships globally.
